Lou Andreozzi

Lou Andreozzi is one of the legal industry’s most accomplished executives, with a career spanning the full arc of legal technology and information services. A former CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal Markets — where his portfolio included the Lexis online service, Shepard’s, Martindale-Hubbell, and lawyers.com — Lou has also served as Chairman of Bloomberg Law and CEO of multiple legal tech ventures including Inference Data, IQNavigator, and Dot Law Inc. He has served as a strategic advisor to major private equity firms including The Carlyle Group, Bain Capital, and ValueAct Capital on large media and technology transactions, and currently serves on the board of directors of Integreon. A graduate of Rutgers University and Seton Hall University School of Law, Lou brings unmatched market intelligence and strategic depth to the LIMELIGHT Advisory Board.
Patrick Fuller

Patrick Fuller is the Chief Legal Industry Strategist at ALM Global — the publisher of The American Lawyer, Law.com, and the Am Law 100 — where he provides strategic counsel at the intersection of law firm performance, competitive intelligence, and industry analytics. With nearly 25 years in the legal industry, Patrick has held senior leadership and business development roles at organizations including Hildebrandt Consulting, Thomson Reuters, Martindale-Hubbell, LawVision Group, Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, and Neota Logic. He is the co-author of two industry books — Measuring and Managing Performance for Law Firms and Strategic Intelligence for Law Firms — and has logged more than 200 speaking and authorship credits in the legal profession. A Fastcase 50 honoree, Patrick currently serves as President and fellow of the College of Law Practice Management. He is also a founding board member of Changing Legal, an international think tank supporting change across the legal sector.
Shawn Gaines
Chief Marketing Officer, OnDean / Operating Partner, OnDean Forward
Shawn leads marketing efforts for the legal tech investment organization OnDean and Alta Futures. Prior to this work, Shawn led marketing at fast-growing tech companies, all with significant exits. He worked at e-discovery software company Relativity for nearly 10 years, helping to grow their marketing team from three to 90+ employees. After that, Shawn transitioned to CMO at HR tech startup Able, where he successfully rebranded and grew demand gen to position them for a strategic acquisition. Most recently, Shawn was CMO at Sertifi, a hospitality tech company that became part of global payments network Flywire in early 2025. Shawn has lived in Chicago for 20 years, where he stays involved in the local community, his kids’ school, and nonprofit work, most recently serving as chair for 826CHI, which provides free writing and art workshops to amplify the voices of Chicago’s youth. Shawn holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and he has three boys who are growing up too fast.
Amy Hanan

Amy Hanan is a seasoned marketing executive with over two decades of experience in B2B go-to-market and global marketing execution across the legal, financial services, media and technology sectors. She brings a strategic, ecosystem-driven approach to marketing transformation that has consistently resulted in overperformance against marketing goals, pipeline creation, and corporate value.
Most recently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at LRN Corporation, a leading global ethics & compliance management software and training provider, she accelerated demand generation performance by 3x year-over-year, captured over $100M in new pipeline creation through thought leadership campaigns alone, and implemented a global marketing technology stack focused on scalability and efficiency.
Amy’s expertise lies in integrating core marketing disciplines (demand generation, digital, product, brand, events, communications) with technology and tools into a cohesive marketing ecosystem that drives growth. Her career includes significant roles at Baretz+Brunelle, Octus (formerly Reorg Research), ALM Media, and The Associated Press.
Her contributions to the field have positioned her as a thought leader, with speaking engagements at major ethics & compliance and marketing industry events, where she shares insights on aligning marketing strategies with ethical practices and organizational growth.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from Northern Arizona University. When not working, Amy continues to find new places to explore with her kids or solo in Brooklyn and the North Fork of Long Island, maximizing outdoor time and new restaurants.
Cathy Kenton

Digitory was acquired by BigHand, where Catherine now serves as Managing Director of Diversity and Impact Analytics, driving industry-wide DEI progress through data. Lynn Tellefsen-Stehle

Lynn Tellefsen Stehle is a seasoned law firm executive and legal industry innovator with more than 25 years transforming how law firms leverage technology, people and processes to drive sustainable growth. As the Head of Client Collaboration at Nexl, she designs and delivers lawyer revenue acceleration and training programs that help firms operationalize profitable growth and strengthen service delivery. Previously, Lynn served as Chief Marketing Officer at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer and as the founding Global Director of Marketing and Communications at elite Wall Street law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel where she built the firm’s first marketing and BD operation, and also led the design and development of proprietary deals intelligence and conflicts systems, and the legal industry’s first responsive-design website. Earlier in her career, Lynn served in senior sales and marketing leadership roles for legal technology providers in the IP sector. Lynn is the immediate past president of LMA Northeast, a recipient of its Susan J. Benjamin Distinguished Member Award, and holds ICAgile certifications in Marketing and Agile Leadership. Lynn attended the University of London,King’s College, and received her B.A. with honors from the University of Hartford.
