May 13, 2025, NEW YORK – LIMELIGHT, a leading growth communications firm for the legal and professional services industries, today announced that Erin Harrison, Chief Client Officer and Founding Partner of LIMELIGHT, has been recognized by PR News as a 2025 Top Women Award winner in the Business Entrepreneur category.
The PR News Top Women Awards honor industry leaders who are reshaping the future of communications, pushing boundaries, and driving meaningful change in their organizations and the wider industry. Erin’s recognition celebrates her visionary leadership, relentless innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit that has fueled LIMELIGHT’s growth from a bold idea to a leading force in strategic communications and thought leadership.
“Erin has been a driving force behind LIMELIGHT’s vision since day one. Her creativity, grit, and deep belief in the power of storytelling have shaped not only our company but also the impact we’ve had on our clients and the industry.” said Kenny Gary, CEO and founding partner of LIMELIGHT. “This recognition from PR News is a testament to the incredible leader and entrepreneur that she is—and I couldn’t be prouder to have her as a partner and a friend.”
Since co-founding LIMELIGHT in August 2024, Harrison has helped both legacy and high-growth brands find their voice and rise above the noise—transforming complex stories into compelling narratives that drive influence and impact. Her work spans sectors and continents, but the throughline is clear: a passion for excellence and a deep commitment to elevating those doing work that matters.
“This recognition is a reflection of the incredible team we’ve built at LIMELIGHT, and the trust our clients place in us to tell their stories with purpose,” Harrison said. “It’s an honor to be included among such an inspiring group of women who are redefining what’s possible in our industry.”
Previously, Harrison was an SVP at NextTech Communications and The Bliss Group where she ran legal and B2B technology-focused accounts. She also served as a managing director at two boutique legal PR firms, Plat4orm and Baretz+Brunelle. Before her foray into PR, Harrison was at the helm of two of the legal industry’s prominent media outlets published by ALM. She is also a past recipient of FOLIO’s Top Women in Media.
